In September 2014 we drafted a strategy of growth and value generation with a long-term vision: “To triple the value of Grupo Financiero B×+ profitably and sustainably, meeting the needs of our clients, employees and shareholders.”
Inspired by this vision, we focus on “business transformation,” expanding more rapidly by developing infrastructure and optimizing talent management through team reorganization and internal promotions.

We created a Strategic Management Scorecard to focus our efforts in various areas of the organization, building a foundation of culture, talent, information and new technological tools to support processes and continue evolving, to be able to offer added value to our clients while pursuing our own financial goals.
In 2017 we moved ahead on each component of our strategy to get the group into shape for its next major milestone: Our Initial Public Offering in the Mexican Stock exchange by 2019 at the latest, while continuing to grow profitably.
This vision is expressed in our 2020 Strategic Plan, and the short- and medium-term challenges we identify along the way have become tactics that direct our day-to-day actions.
The plan envisions four main lines of action:
